These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and za99 (hereinafter "za99", "we", "our" or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the za99 online casino and sports betting information platform available at za99.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform").

za99 operates as an online casino and sports betting information and access platform. We provide users with access to game content, bonus information, sports betting markets and related services. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of jurisdiction, device or method of access.

za99 targets users in Pakistan and provides content in English tailored for the Pakistani market. We do not represent, warrant or claim that online gambling is legal, licensed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. Users located in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling under applicable local law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — before accessing the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

The following rules govern the operation and use of your za99 account:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must notify za99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. za99 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned or gifted to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, za99 requires you to complete KYC identity verification. This typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistan CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
• Account Dormancy: Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as specified by applicable law and operator policy. You will be notified prior to any dormancy action being taken.
• Currency: Accounts may be denominated in currencies supported by the Platform. For users in Pakistan, PKR-denominated account options may be available subject to operator policy. All PKR figures referenced in promotional materials are illustrative unless confirmed otherwise.

All bonuses, promotions and special offers available on the za99 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all bonus offers unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is valid for one (1) use per eligible user, per household, per device, per IP address and per payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses must be activated within the timeframe specified in the individual offer terms. Unactivated bonuses expire automatically.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) that must be completed before bonus-derived funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual offer.
• A maximum bet limit applies during active bonus wagering. Placing bets above the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet during a bonus is typically in the range of PKR 500 – PKR 1,000 per spin or bet, but the exact figure is stated in each individual offer's terms. All PKR figures are illustrative.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports betting may contribute less. Game contribution percentages are stated in each individual offer's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not completed before the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Some bonuses are classified as "sticky" (the bonus amount itself is non-withdrawable; only net winnings generated from the bonus are withdrawable) and others as "non-sticky" (the bonus value is deducted from the withdrawal amount, with the remainder being the player's own funds and winnings). The bonus type is specified in each offer's terms.
• A maximum cash-out limit may apply to winnings generated from bonus play. Any winnings exceeding the maximum cash-out cap are non-withdrawable. The applicable cap is stated in each individual offer's terms.
• za99 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already accepted by users at the time of amendment will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting strategies, or using bonus funds in a manner that exploits statistical advantages — may result in bonus cancellation, withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Important: All bonus figures referenced in promotional content on za99 (including PKR 1,000, PKR 5,000, PKR 25,000 and similar amounts) are illustrative examples only unless confirmed by the operator as live, active offers. Always read the specific terms attached to any bonus before claiming it.

The following rules apply to all gaming and sports betting activity on the za99 Platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing processes conducted under studio surveillance. RTP (return-to-player) percentages are published by game studios and may be viewed within each individual game's information panel.
• In the event of a malfunction, disconnection or technical error during a game round, the Platform may void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session are subject to review and may be withheld pending investigation.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and esports — are subject to market-specific settlement rules. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding.
• za99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds caused by a manifest error. Users who knowingly exploit manifest odds errors may have winnings voided and accounts suspended.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market view.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the za99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement or are otherwise legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Money laundering, fraud, or depositing funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, matched betting or arbitrage strategies in a manner that violates individual bonus terms.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.
• Attempting to access accounts, data or systems on the Platform without authorisation.

All content on the za99 Platform — including but not limited to the za99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and any other content created by or for za99 — is the exclusive intellectual property of za99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent; (b) create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any automated means to scrape, extract or index Platform content; or (d) use the za99 brand name or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by za99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, za99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling or betting activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, system outages, connectivity disruptions or data loss.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses caused by your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted.
• Any reliance on information, content or promotional materials published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or outdated.

za99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representation or warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted, error-free availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game information at any given time, or the suitability of Platform content for any particular purpose.

za99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Age verification failure — if you are found to be under the minimum age requirement.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Reasonable belief that continued account operation presents a legal, compliance or reputational risk to za99.

Upon account termination for reasons attributable to user misconduct (including breach of these Terms), za99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, pending withdrawals and bonus funds. In cases of involuntary termination not attributable to misconduct, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the user via a supported payment method, subject to applicable KYC and AML requirements.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting za99 support. Voluntary account closure is subject to any outstanding wagering requirements and pending withdrawal processing.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which za99 holds its operating licence. Specific jurisdictional details are available from za99 support upon request.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting za99 customer support. za99 will endeavour to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe.

za99 does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful under all applicable laws and regulations in your country or territory of residence. This includes but is not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any provincial or territorial gambling legislation.

za99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, za99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the registered address on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. za99 recommends that you check this page whenever you use the Platform to ensure you are aware of the most current version of the Terms.
